The History of the Agricultural Extension Study Program

An Overview 

The Agricultural Extension Study Program (PS.) was officially established in the 2018/2019 academic year. The Agricultural Extension Study Program received an implementation permit from the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Research and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia based on letter No. 597/KPT/I/2017 on 23 October 2017 and was accredited in accordance with SK BAN-PT 2074/SK/BAN-PT/ Akred/S/VI/2017. The Study Program coordinator is Dr. Ir. Sri Subekti, M.Si. Furthermore, the Agricultural Extension Study Program (PS.) accepted its first batch of students in 2018, and the interest in interest is quite high. This is supported by data on interest in UNEJ new student admissions for the 2018/2019 academic year so that the Agricultural Extension Study Program has a capacity to applicant ratio of 1:6. Of the 236 applicants, 37 prospective students passed the selection, consisting of 10 students via the Invitational SNMPTN entry route, 20 students via the SBMPTN route, and 7 students via the UM-UNEJ/SBMPTBR route. From this data, it can be seen the quality of PS student input. Agricultural Extension Agriculture has been able to compete through the SNMPTN-Invitational selection route (27%), SBMPTN (54%) and SBMPTBR independent selection (19%).
